Gingersnaps' first Valentine's Day is coming up, and while I do plan to throw a little holiday-themed lovin' your way, I also wanted to look back in the archives for some goodies befitting of a romantic dinner on the big day. I'm not sure what exactly makes a food worthy of this status, but it's some combination of dainty, decadent, and somehow a little sexy-sexy. Basically, not this or this. Not that they aren't both delicious, but maybe not the cutest things you could eat in front of your sweetie. I like having dinner at home on Valentine's Day; it not only saves some money and avoids the masses, but is also very sweet and romantic.This year, Adam is taking charge of dinner, so be on the lookout for that!
